1. Products

All our candles and soaps are handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are part of the charm of handcrafted products and do not affect the quality.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Pan India delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID.
• Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or holidays are beyond our control.

4. Returns & Replacements

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.
• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Replacements will only be issued for items that are unused and in original packaging.

5. Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized items are made specially for you and are non-refundable.
• Please double-check details like color, message, scent, etc. before placing a custom order.

6. Product Usage

• Always burn candles within sight and keep away from children, pets, or flammable materials.
• Use candles and soaps as instructed. We are not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer information will not be shared with third parties, except as needed for order processing (like courier partners or payment gateways).
